Booking Requirements

  • The address and name of your accommodation (e.g. hotel or villa) must be stated clearly at your Booking form. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information

  • You must enter your planned itinerary at your booking form.

  • If your group size exceeds the maximum passenger count, you must book a larger vehicle

  • For same day booking, please book at least 5 hours before your preferred pick-up time

  • Waiting time for hotel pick up: The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
