Terms & Conditions - the basics 

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Payments can be made through the available payment methods listed at checkout.

2. Pick-up and Drop-off

  • Pick-up and drop-off services are available within South Bali areas such as:
    Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Pecatu/Uluwatu, and Denpasar.

  • For areas outside South Bali (e.g., Ubud, Canggu, Tabanan, Mengwi), an extra $20 per person will be charged.

3. Amendments & Cancellations

  • You may request booking changes at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be non-refundable.

4. Travel & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet any local travel regulations and requirements.

  • Our drivers follow standard safety procedures, but guests are encouraged to travel responsibly.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained during tours due to unforeseen events or traveler negligence.

  • All tours and packages are taken at the customer’s own risk.

6. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to adjust service availability, pricing, or terms without prior notice.
